Well designed and premium quality holiday homes have been the hallmark of manufacturing by Normandy Holiday Homes for over 25 years.

It’s often commented “Are you based in France?” but the reality is far from that. Normandy was established in 1981 in Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire which is also home to Normandy Barracks…hence the name. Ten years later the company relocated into purpose built factory premises in Kingston-upon-Hull.

Since then, Normandy have been predominately exporters of holiday homes to distribution chains based in Belgium and Holland and have been responsible for almost 10% of annual UK export unit sales. 

However, following a change of ownership in 2003, there was a new strategic plan to have a greater presence in the UK market. To achieve this plan it was necessary to expand the factory from 8,000 sq ft to today’s 24,000sq ft. In addition, the workforce has grown threefold. Incidentally, three members of the workforce have celebrated 25 year service awards. The firm is family oriented with Gary and Lesley Cooper as co-directors and each of their three sons actively involved in the day to day operations. 

The additional facilities have allowed the company to develop new products far beyond the traditional single unit.  The company has quickly progressed into twin unit leisure lodges and park homes producing what we feel are the most complete twin unit leisure and residential park homes in the UK and at a competitive price.

Normandy Holiday Homes have a diverse range of products from single unit caravans with standard sizes ranging from 28x12 up to 38x12 and twin unit lodges ranging from 28x16 up to 45x22’3.

Build specification is to either Holiday Home Standard BS EN 1647 or Residential Park Home Standard BS 3632.
